                               RESOLUTION NO. 20789
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A
                  GRANT FROM THE WESTSIDE DEVELOPMENT
                  CORPORATION IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY
                  THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00) TO BE USED TO
                  DESIGN, PURCHASE AND INSTALL PLAYGROUND
                  EQUIPMENT AT THE COLLEGE HILL RECREATION
                  CENTER.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       acceptance of a grant from the Westside Development Corporation 
in
       an amount not to exceed $20,000 to be used to design, purchase 
and
       install playground equipment at the College Hill Recreation
       Center.
